When your baby is 9 to 11 months old
Your baby is now grown up to that stage where he/she can start eating by them by putting their fingers in their mouths. During this time your baby can eat half a cup of food at least four times a day.
Now you can start giving healthy snacks to your baby include cereals mixed with milk, fruits, yogurt, unsalted cottage cheese or grated cheese and breast milk.
In morning snacks, you can give bread or chapattis to your baby. But you should continue with the breast milk whenever your baby feels hungry.
